Truckin' FAQs
-
How can we find you?
-
We will place a schedule of events on this website via the Events tab.
-
Last minute events are announced on our Instagram (@itstruckinvintage).
-
We are also looking to partner with various businesses, such as breweries, wineries, distilleries, farms, orchards, etc. We welcome collaboration opportunities too! Send us a message with your ideas and we would be happy to try and figure something out. Use the form on this page or email us at info@truckinpopup.com.

How do you power the truck? What do you need from us at an event?
-
Not much! Just parking to fit the 25ft truck. The entry door is located on the passenger side. We are completely self-sufficient. We operate on a 5040Wh lithium battery inverter generator which allows us to operate fully off-grid for most event durations. Our backup is a gasoline powered inverter generator, which is attached to the truck. We only try to utilize gasoline in emergency situations. We are also capable of powering via a 30a shore power hookup or provide continuous power to our battery generator via an extension cord to a normal home outlet. We're working on making the truck solar!

-
What kind of truck is it?
-
It is (we consider) a "vintage-ish" 1995 Chevy G-30 Cutaway Chassis.

-
If I own a business and want to partner, what does that look like?
-
Great question! We're not looking for you to provide any buy-ins, nor do we charge any guarantees for b2b placement. We are simply looking for places to sell product with your permission. As cut and dry as it sounds, it really is! If we have a bad day, we have a bad day, no worries. The best success of course, are for high traffic days. We live local and believe in keeping it local to support your business, big or small, however that looks while growing ours. We're always open on how to be a part of any day where we could add to your customer's experience with the context of our business. We can't stress enough that we're open to your creativity! *Let us know if your municipality or county requires us to obtain a permit.

What about vendor events?
-
Vendor events are a priority for us. If you're having an outdoor event, or can fit the truck into an indoor space, let us know! Send us an application to info@truckinpopup.com and we'll try to add it to our calendar.
-
-
Do you go to private events?
-
Yes! We welcome inquiries and ideas on how we can be a part of any event.
-
-
Are you open to collab opportunities?
-
Yes! Shoot us a message!
-
-
I keep reading Hudson Valley this, Hudson Valley that. WHERE ARE YOU?
-
Good ol' HV verbiage is pretty vague, we agree. Our base is in Newburgh and our radius is pretty large, as we are located near the I-84/I-87 (NYS Thruway) interchange.

-
Do you have an online store?
-
We currently do not have an online store. But, when you visit and feel like you missed out on an item, email us! info@truckinpopup.com.
